How to analyze data on site

1. Login to the computer for offline analysis (megonln02).
   % ssh -Y muegamma@megonln02.psi.ch
   % cd lpframework/
2. Insert run information into SQL database.
   • Open here.
   • Input informations, then press "Update".
   For pedestal run, you don't need to do this. For LED run, Run number and Pedestal run are required. For other run types, Run number, Pedestal run and LED run are required.
3. Run lpframework.exe
   % ./lpframewor.exe -r 06000
4. If you want to see analyzed data.
   % root ~/offline/data/Trigger06000.root
